"Dissolve My Foundation!"

(Delivered on Saturday, June 10, 2006)

"Woe to the Bishop of the Diocese of Corpus Christi, his two predecessors, and the four Catholic bishops on the board of the John G. and Marie Stella Kenedy Memorial Foundation!"

(Those were the latest words from Sarita Kenedy East to the poor man who has been chosen by her, apparently, to receive her messages from beyond the grave. Forget about ad hominen attacks upon him; pay attention to what he claims are her messages.)

"Woe to the bishops who continue to tolerate and take part in what goes on at the foundation named for my dear parents! They and the foundation of which they are a part are an embarrassment to me, and they are a scandal to the Catholic Church!" Sarita said.

"Is it any wonder that Satan has chosen to tempt bishops to cause scandal, using a Catholic diocese named for the very Body of Christ, Corpus Christi? What a great victory for evil these Catholic bishops have given to the devil," Sarita asserted. "Just what do these bishops plan to say to the Lord when He appears? Will they tell  Him, 'We are just holding these millions upon millions of the Kenedy Foundation in our favorite banks for a rainy day, Lord!' These bishops have a cavalier approach to the gravity of the truth about Christian eschatology! He is coming! What will they do with all that money they are hoarding?" Sarita instructed her messenger to relate.

"I want these bishops to take seriously what I have said. I want the foundation I created – to honor my parents – to be dissolved, immediately. I want every last penny given away, immediately. NOW! (Emphasis is hers.) If they think the United Nations is corrupt, join the ranks of heaven's angels. But it is no more corrupt than my foundation is self-serving. Let them give it to the International Red Cross, then! I want, however, my parents' names to be freed from the scandal of a so-called organization, which represents itself as being Christian, holding onto money while children, especially, are in great need. It is a scandal that my foundation is giving away a pittance to build church buildings, to say nothing of a law library, while children are dying of starvation and exposure." Sarita exclaimed.

"It's one thing for a worldly organization like the United Nations or the Red Cross to indulge in equivocation about where to put money to aid those caught in poverty, but it is an abomination for Christ's Church to hoard it! I want the money my family and I gathered up with disregard for the very poor to be used to relieve suffering, immediately! IMMEDIATELY!" 

(Hey, you guys, bail me out. Have you any idea how hot Sarita gets when she gets started! My very ears get singed! Have a little mercy on this reluctant messenger boy! Sarita has told me the time is short. I believe her, fellas! Please! Pay attention!)
