Sarita Speaks Again

This morning,
Sarita spoke again. This is what I heard:
“You have shared
what you think you have heard me say; not all I have spoken. You have
not always been a diligent medium of my message. Much you have missed because
you have not listened carefully. Please be attentive!”
(It is very
difficult to be a medium. Relaying Sarita’s messages is as though I were
listening to a short-wave radio, trying to hear through incredible static. I
have not spoken of this in the past, but it has been difficult to hear what
Sarita has shared – except for those original messages at her grave and within
the mansion at La Parra. The difficulty has been due to my limitations as a
listener – I have been a lazy listener. It is hard work to transcribe Sarita’s
messages. I have always avoided hard work! Frankly, my attention fades in and
out, like a radio powered by an unreliable battery. I am a weak vessel, but I
take solace in knowing such instruments often are used regardless.
So here is
Sarita’s latest message – and let me add the disclaimer that this is what I
have heard, weak medium that I am.)
“Tell
those – who will hear – that never have I intended to hurt anyone of those with
whom I have asked you to share my message. I have sorrow for my own past lack
of caring, and I have compassion for all and true sorrow for the mistakes of
omission and commission by others. I only seek to warn them of the gravity of
their responsibility to use whatever resources they possess, or over which they
have stewardship, to love one another – especially those who are the poorest.”
“Tell those – who will hear –that in my
ignorance I provided the means by which they could follow the ways of worldly
power rather than God’s holy ways. That is why I urged them to pass to those
who are ‘of the world’ the means of worldly power. Oh, how I want to share with
all the mystery of God’s power. How I want to share with all the mystery of the
lowly Virgin of Virgins – the Blessed Mother’s power. And yet it is no mystery
– it has been plainly revealed. God’s love, the Blessed Mother’s love, the love
of Christ – not the power of earthly wealth – not the power of the temporal
wealth of God’s holy church – redeems those who are in the world. It has been
written, Jesus said: ‘Do not store up earthly wealth!’”
“Tell those –
who will hear – that they must be on guard against using the ways and the means
of worldly power – the ways of
‘effective asset management’ – to attempt to do the work of God. Tell
them to be on guard against the deceptive rationalizations of this worldly
system. It rewards the so-called ‘shepherds’ while it neglects the sheep within
the fold and disregards those who are lost.”
“Tell those – who
will hear – that a very difficult time is before them. Tell them to seek wisdom
and understanding. Tell them to seek the Word of the Lord. Tell them to become
‘fiduciaries’ of God’s wealth and to use it in authentic, holy ways, serving
not themselves first and foremost with handsome rewards but the poorest of
God’s poor!”
(At this point, my
weakness causes me to turn away from listening to Sarita’s message. I have to take a break. Mercy, please, upon
this weak messenger!)
